Tessa is an incredible yoga instructor! I learn something new every class, whether about poses and sequences or myself and how to manage my daily stress in a positive way. Tessa is very attentive to the needs of her students, always checking in at the beginning of class to ask if anyone is experiencing specific stressors; she then tailors the yoga practice for the day with movements and poses that will help with those stressors.

I always leave Tessa’s wellness sessions feeling better. What she encourages us to write about helps me to better understand my emotions and consider why I felt them.
