The benefits of meditation and mindfulness are made accessible to you in these sessions through journaling, poetry, and creative or narrative writing. This mindful writing program will help you curiously reflect, express yourself, and find a reawakened confidence and creativity.

Using my Masters Degree in Education, teenager and adult leadership expertise, and passion for poetry and writing, I create unique wellness experiences that invite you to reflect and reimagine. Sessions are planned with you—your interests, your intentions, your goals—in mind. I know how therapeutic mindful movement and writing can be on a journey to better understand oneself, which is why I emphasize introspection and visualization. As a believer in the impact of connection, curiosity, and joy, I encourage participants to explore and celebrate themselves.
